Neo Drive License Key

Hi.  After a phone change, the SimplyRide software for my Neo Drive system seems to need an activation code.  I've lost it!

any advice?

Hi Mik, not sure if this may be of some help to you. I noticed this on facebook the other day re neodrives - Bibikeshop.nl There is a link page with a link to neodrives and mention of Simply ride. I have a Landescape tandem with neo drive and with the sad demise of Tandems by design I have been looking out for a link re neo drives in case of problems.

Thanks Chris. I would have gone straight to Pete at Tandems By Design as well. 
I've tried contacting Neo Drive in Germany. I'll keep you posted.

so far, no progress.  I've called Neodrives in Germany and they say contact a Neodrives dealer who may be able to help. 
trouble is, I can't find one in UK!

I'll try the one you found in Netherlands and let you know

I think we had this when we were trying to get a spare phone to work.  I don't think, from memory that is, that it is an activation code as such more a bluetooth pairing code.  As Neodrive is a dumb, essentially, device it isn't able to give one like you get when pairing a phone to another phone.  It is more akin to pairing headphones.

You could try the most common default Bluetooth pairing codes 0000,1234 or sometimes 1111.

I think I gave up on that phone and used another.
